O monitor, you (don’t) disappoint me…

Even though my 17″ Sharp monitor has component inputs, it apparently does not support any HD modes – 480p, 720p, or 1080i, so I’ve been forced into composite video (in case you didn’t notice, I’ve joined the Xbox 360 cult). Needless to say, a monitor upgrade is the very next on the list. Might wait a while to build up funds, but I’m keeping an eye out for a good deal. It has to be widescreen, and it has to have the proper component inputs and support at least 720p. I’d like to stick with a 20″ or 21″, but I haven’t found any that have component inputs. If I have to go to a 23″+ (like the one Dell makes), it would be much more of an investment.
Update: There’s an XBox 360 VGA cable? Nobody tells me that! Hopefully problem solved, though it will be much less convenient switching from PC to 360.
