A strange flying bug visited my office today. I’d never seen this bug before, but armed only with Google and dumb luck, I found out that it’s a young plecia neartica, or the common lovebug. It’s interesting that I’ve gone so long without seeing such a common insect. (I’m not talking metaphorically.)
